What time is check-in?
Check in is at 4pm.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11am.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out may be possible based on the hotel's occupancy and the reservation status of your room. To request a late check-out, please contact our front desk on the day of your scheduled departure.
Do you have parking?
The Hotel Garrett offers self-parking for a fee of $30.00 plus tax per night for one standard-sized vehicle per room, additional $25.00 plus tax per night for oversized vehicles and it is based on availability. There are public parking facilities within the vicinity of the hotel as alternatives. Please ask the Front Desk for more information.
Will you store my luggage?
Luggage and personal items can be left up to 06 hours prior to check in, or up to 06 hours after check out.
Do you accept packages?
Packages are accepted provided they are small, weigh 15 lbs. or less and arrive within 72 hours.
What is the minimum check-in age?
The minimum age to check-in is 21.
Will your rooms allow rollaways?
Not all rooms can accommodate rollaway beds. We do not offer rollaways currently.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
All major credit cards are accepted for room payment. No cash, gift cards or personal checks are accepted. Debit cards are accepted but not recommended as various authorizations on this type of card often result in an actual debit followed by a later credit from the banks, immobilizing your funds unnecessarily.
Do you offer transportation to and from the airport?

Hotel Garrett does not offer transportation to and from the nearby airports. Transportation options include a Lyft/Uber/Taxi as well as the BART (Bay Area Rapit Transportation) to the Civic Center UN Plaza BART Station.
Do you allow smoking on property?
Hotel Garrett is a non-smoking facility.
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. We take this policy very seriously to maintain a clean and healthy environment. A $250 penalty will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
Do you have breakfast?
Complimentary morning pastries, whole fruits, coffee and tea are served in the lobby every morning from 7AM - 10AM.
Do you have a restaurant?
Hotel Garrett does not have a restaurant on-site, however there are some great options for a delicious meal within a short walk.
Do you have a pool?
Hotel Garrett does not have a pool. However, our guests are welcome to enjoy access to the heated rooftop pool at SoMa House just across the street.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, the hotel has accessible rooms on property. It is recommended that they be requested at the time the reservation is made. Please contact our reservations or front desk departments.
